How to Use for Beautiful Blonde Results:

Important: This product is for professional use only and requires a professional-grade developer. Always perform a strand test and a patch test 48 hours beforehand. Wear appropriate gloves.

1. Mixing: For 3-5 levels of lift, mix Wella Koleston Perfect 12/96 with Wella Welloxon Perfect Developer at a ratio of 1:2.

   • 3 Levels of Lift: Use Welloxon Perfect 9% (30 Vol)

   • 4-5 Levels of Lift: Use Welloxon Perfect 12% (40 Vol)

      

   • Note: Using a lower volume developer will reduce the lift. Do not use a higher volume than 12% (40 Vol) for on-scalp applications.
     
      

2. Application: Apply the mixture evenly to dry, unwashed hair. For a full-head application, start at the mid-lengths and ends, leaving the roots until the last 15-20 minutes of processing time.

3. Processing: Allow to process for 30-40 minutes (without heat), depending on the desired level of lift and your strand test results.

4. Rinsing & Aftercare: Emulsify the colour with a little warm water, then rinse thoroughly. Shampoo with a colour-safe shampoo and apply a conditioner or treatment to seal the cuticle and nourish the hair.
