How to Use for Clean Removal:

 

Important: For best results, we recommend having tape extensions removed by a qualified professional.

1. Preparation: Lift the top tape weft to expose the adhesive strip holding the extensions together.

2. Application: Apply a few drops of the Showpony Residue Remover directly onto the adhesive strip on both the top and bottom weft where they meet the natural hair.

3. Process: Allow the remover to soak for 30–60 seconds. You will feel the adhesive begin to soften and dissolve.

4. Removal: Gently slide the two tape wefts apart. If they do not separate easily, apply a little more remover and wait a few more seconds.

5. Cleanse: Once the extensions are removed, apply a few more drops of the remover to any remaining residue on the natural hair and extension weft. Use a fine-tooth comb to gently comb out the residue.

6. Final Wash: Shampoo and condition the natural hair thoroughly after removal to ensure all traces of the remover and adhesive are gone. Clean the extension wefts and allow them to dry before re-taping.
