How to Use for Beautiful Highlights:

 

1. Preparation: Place the Hi Lift Tipping Cap firmly and evenly on clean, dry hair. Secure any excess hair underneath.

2. Pulling Strands: Using the included Steel Hook, carefully insert the hook into a hole and gently pull a small, even strand of hair through the cap. Repeat this process, following your desired highlighting pattern. For finer highlights, use fewer holes; for a bolder look, use more.
