    It is specially formulated to be used in conjunction with the Colour Brow Tint.
    Use 4-5 drops or add additional drops if the consistency is too dry.
    Do not make tint too watery as this will effect the desired end result.

Mix equal parts of Brow Tint and the Oxidant Developer into a creamy paste.
The mixing ratio is 1:1 (Generally 4 drops of Cream or Liquid Oxidant is enough to make an even paste).
