TERMS & CONDITIONS:
As we are a wholesalers we sell to trade professionals it is acknowledged you understand and are compliant with the use of all products for sale on this site. We take no responsibility for the use of sold or listed products it is entirely your responsibility. All products shown and pictured may vary from the description or picture due to manufacturers upgrades or changes, products sent will be of the same item but allowing for changes as required. Please note some items have minor faults during manufacturing this must be allowed for as part of the sale.
PAYMENTS: All prices stated on this site include GST, in Australian Dollars. Orders place through this site are to be paid prior to shipping, no products will be shipped until payment has cleared.
RETURNS & REFUNDS: There are no returns or refunds on scissors, human or synthetic hair products. There are no returns or refunds on products that have been used or do not come back in the original packaging as they were sold to you. Should you return a product there is a 15% restocking fee and we require a copy of the receipt if you do not have a copy, we can not offer any return or refund, if you require us to find a copy of said receipt we will supply one at a cost of $66.00 per receipt to you. There are no returns or refunds after seven days. We reserve the right to credit to you the amount of the return for use in the shop, if the above criteria, has been met to our satisfaction. Goods returned for refund are to be shipped and if replaced sent back to you at your cost, you will pay shipment both ways. No goods are to be sent back with out an RO number, we will supply one before we accept goods for return.
WARRANTY: 12 months warranty applies to only some of the products on this site, warranties range from 3 months to 12 months, our company only warranties products sold for the periods stated by the manufacturers and no more is given or implied. You are responsible for filling out any warranty paper work as required by each manufacturer. Should a warranty claim be required it is your responsibility to supply a copy of the receipt it is not our responsibility, should you require a copy of the receipt we will supply one at a cost of $66.00 per receipt to you. Any item sent back to us for warranty is shipped to us and then returned to you at your cost not ours, all shipping costs are your responsibility not ours.
SHIPMENT: Once a product is shipped either via courier or post it is not our responsibility for, losses or damages occurred in transit unless a separate insurance was taken out to cover said delivery, if insurance is requested it is up to you to pay us any extra monies for this insurance. Please note unless you fill out the insurance form which we will fax or email to you, sign it and return it, we will then confirm this with you once we have received your copy, we will then return the insurance form with our information and signatures, this will confirm insurance was taken out. You must check goods before you sign for them if you sign for goods before checking you have no recourse with us. Should your order have an item out of stock, we reserve the right to hold the order until all stock is available for shipment. |
